Adventure Awareness Training camp at Mao

A four-day adventure awareness training camp jointly organised by MMTA and Mao Tourism Club has kick started at Mao today.
With an objective to give awareness to the youths living in tourism potential areas, the camp is being organised under the aegis of Regional Director NE Indiatourism of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India .
Experts of MMTA and Mao Tourism Club explored a 55-feet high waterfall at Song Song village and gave its name as Elai-Chi waterfall during the camp.
Mao Town Committee president L Adahru, MMTA president Dr L Surjit Singh, former MMTA president N Ibungochoubi, Mao Tourism Club president A Moses, Kayinu Village Authority chairman Ashikho and Athili of Songsong village were present in the inaugural function.
