S Priyananda appointed match observer for India-Aus match

Imphal, September 19 2023:
Singam Priyananda Singh, former honorary secretary of Manipur Cricket Association (MNCA), has been appointed by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) as a match observer for the first one day international match between India and Australia to be played on September 22, 2023 at Punjab Cricket Association IS Bindra Stadium, Mohali, Punjab.
Priyananda will leave Imphal for Mohali on Wednesday, September 20 .
Meanwhile, Rajkumar Imo Singh, honorary president MNCA, congratulated Singam Priyananda on his appointment, and thanked BCCI for having confidence in the state association's administrators and officials, both past and present, while appointing for such a big occasion.
"It is a proud moment for the association," he added.
Also, Leishangthem Ronel Singh, honorary secretary, congratulated Priyananda on his appointment, saying, "I believe such appointments and assignments from BCCI will surely lead to more promising future for cricket in the state" .
