Thang-Ta Day observed at relief camp

Imphal, November 17 2023:
Kanglei Indigenous Martial Arts & Cultural Society (KIMACS) on Wednesday observed Thang-Ta Day under the theme "Thang-Ta for Resilience in Time of Strife" at relief camps set up at Shyamasakhi High School, Moirangkhom and Ringo Club, Keibi Heikak Mapal.
In a release, KIMACS informed that as part of the observance the participants observed two minutes' silence as mark of respect to those who have laid down their live in the on-going conflict.
Thang-Ta and related martial arts were showcased and also instructed to the inmates during the observance.
