AIMS submits memorandum

Imphal, June 10 2023:
In view of the students who have been affected by the ongoing conflict in the State, Apunba Ireipakki Maheiroi Sinpanglup (AIMS) has submitted a memorandum to the Education Minister, Government of Manipur.
In the memorandum, AIMS urged the State Government to consider providing special identification documents to students whose homes have been destroyed due to the ongoing clash and are taking shelter at relief camps.
It also urged the Government to make necessary arrangements to ease/ simplify the procedure of issuing duplicate certificates for students registered under Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM), Council of Higher Secondary Education Manipur (COHSEM), Dhanamanjuri University and Manipur University, and have lost their original certificates due to the ongoing conflict in the State.
It also urged the Government to provide all the necessary books and stationery items to the students free of cost.
