PREPAK (Pro) refutes police claim
Senior publicity officer of the proscribed PREPAK (Pro) Melei on Wednesday clarified that the outfit in no way has any connection whatsoever with Khangabok Makha Leikai resident Saikhom RK alias Brojen, son of late Khamba, who the Imphal West Police commandos claimed to have arrested on May 24 from near Emoinu Counter in Wahengbam Leikai Jiri Parking.
MLA donates for Nepal quake
Karam Shyam, MLA of Langthabal Assembly Constituency had donated a sum of Rs 87, 010 from his monthly salary of Rs 87,445 towards relief measure taken up at Nepal.
In a press meet held at his residence the MLA said that he has been donating half of his monthly salary towards needy citizen under his constituency especially for the sick and education for the underprivileged.
HRDM representatives
Human Rights Defender Manipur had elected 15 executive members of the organisation for the next three years.

IGNOU exam
The term end examination for June 2015 conducted by Indira Gandhi National Open University commence from June 1 and continue till June 27 says a press release from Dr S Dilan Singh, Regional Director.

Free MU entrance coaching will be held
Kangleipak Students' Association (KSA) will organize free "Manipur University entrance crash course-2015" coaching for 45 days from June 15.This was informed by KSA Secretary Publicity N Arpan.

Board of Secondary Education, Manipur (BOSEM) informed the general public that written suggestions are invited from the subject teachers, experts and interested persons for improvement in the contents of the text books of Classes I- X published by the Board.
