JD-U candidate mulls legal action over morphed photo

Condemning circulation of a morphed photo on the social media of him and BJP candidate Dr Usham Deben Singh sitting together, JD-U candidate from Wa-bagai assembly constituency Md Sikander Ali said the morphed photo was circulated with an aim to sabotage his election campaign.
He also announced to initiate legal action against whomever responsible.
Addressing a press meet at his Santhel residence on Monday evening, Sikander said that the photo was circulated to send a wrong message to his supporters by his rivals fearing that he might win the election.
He had never worn the attire seen in the photo in his life and the public know it well.
Terming it as a low-level politics, he said that he has raised a complaint and appealed to the public in identifying the person behind the act.
He further said that several propagandas have been carried out against him ever since he declared his decision to contest the election.
He also said that he will withdraw from the election if anybody could bring out any evidence of him sifting with any of his rival candidates.
