CPI MSC cited disclosure by sources that the BJP-led government has collected large sum of funds to be utilised in election by issuing an order of state cabinet meeting dated January 7 for upgrading government aided colleges to full-fledged government colleges.

On top of that, government department are raising black money for use in election by processing files and issuing orders with modification of the dates.
