Stage ready for RNBA Youth Conference

Hectic preparations for 6th Youth Conference of Rongmei Naga Baptist Church, RNBA are underway and the stage is set for hosting the event at Mini Stadium, Tamenglong HQs from January 17 to 20 .
Around 30,000 delegates from over 180 Churches across the State are expected to participate in the event being organized by Rongmei Naga Baptist Association with an aim to awaken the youth members spiritually and physically.
The theme of the 6th Youth Conference of RNBC is "Living our faith" .
Rev.Dr.Ramesh Richard, President RREACH, Dallas USA and Rev..PBonny Resu, General Secretary, APBF would attend the conference as main speakers.
Gospel preaching, praise and worship, choir competition and choreography, etc would be other highlights of the event.
Speaking to this reporter, Nehemiah Panmei, Chairman of the organizing committee, informed that the largest ever crowd about 30,000 people from over 180 churches under RNBA would be attending the programme.
While seeking the support and co-operation of all towards ensuring the success of the conference, Nehemiah Panmei called upon all sections of the people in Manipur not to call bandh, strike and blockade during the conference period from January 17 to 20. He also conveyed gratitude to Women Joint Action Committee (WJAC) for controlling selling alcohol/ drugs in the town.
Phillip Malangmei, convener of programme committee of 6th youth conference, said that display of youth talent, educating the youth to preserve the traditional and valuable custom would be the main focus of the conference.
He also called upon the people of Tamenglong to maintain neat and cleanliness of the town during the conference.
