Imphal, October 24 2022: The Directorate of Tribal Affairs and Hills (TA & H), Manipur has invited applications in prescribed form from the intending and eligible Scheduled tribe patients for grant of financial assistance for medical treatment 2022-23 .

A notification by the Director of Tribal Affairs and Hills, Manipur further informed that application forms can be obtained from the Medical Section of TA&H Department, Imphal on production of relevant medical documents such as discharge slip/OPD/prescription slip/investigation report etc.

The form will be issued from October 26, 2022 onwards and the last date for submission of forms will be on November 30, 2022 till 5pm. For any enquiry, the staff of Medical Section, TA&H may be contacted during office hours at mobile numbers - 8974604182 or 7005186175 .
