RNYO, VACC laud Government of India

The Rongmei Naga Youth Organisation (RNYO), North-East India on behalf of the Rongmei people and its CSOs from the respective State Units has expressed its appreciation and gratitude to the Government of India for laying the foundation of Rani Gaidinliu Tribal Freedom Fighter Museum at Luangkao, Tamenglong on November 22, 2021.In a release, RNYO lauded the Union Home Minister, Amit Shah; Union Minister of Tribal Affairs, Arjun Munda; Chief Minister of Manipur, N Biren Singh; and Tribal Affairs and Hills Areas Minister, Government of Manipur, Vungzagin Valte for the historical establishment of the museum in the interest of the tribal people of North East Region of India.
It stated that after much controversies, objections, proposals and contradicting differences faced in the process of settling the matter, the long cherished dream and aspiration of the people is fulfilled by declaring and laying the foundation stone of the Museum.
RNYO also lauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi and stated that under his dynamic leadership, the ideal of India' high humanism and national pride as the World largest democracy has been depicted and manifested in the act of lifting and connecting the people to equal footing with the rest of the country.
Moreover, the Village Authority Chairman Council (VACC) NH-37, Tousem Sub-division, Tamenglong district has also extended their gratitude for bringing back the Rani Gaidinliu Tribal Freedom Fighter Museum at her birth place in Luangkao village and laying the foundation stone on November 22 .
