69 Bn CRPF distributes computer sets

Imphal, January 05 2024:
Under the aegis of Manipur & Nagaland Sector IGP Akhilesh Prasad Singh, 69 Battalion CRPF on Friday organised a civic action programme at Langthabal Lep Makha Leikai, Imphal West district, during which four sets of computers along with one printer, computer tables and chairs for computer lab were distributed to All Manipur Handicapped Persons' Welfare Association.
Commandant Bajrang Lal attended the distribution ceremony as chief guest in the presence of officers and personnel of the CRPF unit, and prominent persons, including chairman, secretary and members of the Association.
Speaking on the occasion, Bajrang Lal informed that purpose of organising such an event is to extend a helping hand to the helpless and needy people.
CRPF is serving for the nation as well as deprived people of the society for their upliftment and will continue to help Manipur's underprivileged people in the future, a release of the Battalion quoted the commandant as saying.
Bajrang Lal also expressed confidence that distribution of the computer sets would play a crucial role in helping people with disabilities in all aspects of their lives and in expanding their opportunities to develop into more creative and productive individuals.
