Govt to start assessment of properties damaged

Imphal West deputy commissioner Th Kiran-kumar has notified to all concerned specially those whose houses/properties have been damaged/burnt down in the on-going conflict that an assessment of the damages will be carried out within short notice.
In a notification issued on Monday, DC Kirankumar advised the displaced people staying in relief camps to fill up the prescribed application form which can be availed from the relief camp nodal officers or download from the website of DC Imphal West Office https://imphalwest.nic.in by displaced people staying elsewhere.
The duly filled prescribed form should be submitted latest by September 17 either to the Office of the Relief Camp Nodal Officer of the relief camp concerned or to District Control Room (Room No.H-4), DC Office Complex, Lamphelpat or Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer concerned or can be sent to the designated e-mail id: dciw.assessment@gmail, com, it added.
Similarly, Thoubal DC A Subhash Singh issued a notification on Tuesday asking the displaced people whose properties were damaged to submit details as per the prescribed application form.
The prescribed form could be obtained from the relief camp nodal officers by displaced people residing in relief camps and downloaded from the website of DC Thoubal Office https://thoubal.nic.in or from Room No 12, Ground Floor of DC, Thoubal Office.
The forms should be submitted latest by September 18 to the Office of the Relief Camp Nodal Officer of the camp concerned or at the Office of the SDO, Thoubal or Room No 12 of Ground Floor, DC, Thoubal Office, it informed.
