Assessment of damages to begin shortly, affected persons instructed to submit forms

The Government of Manipur has notified to all concerned, especially those whose houses/properties have been damaged/burnt down due to the current law and order crisis that the assessment of damage will be commencing shortly.
For this, the notification has instructed the displaced persons to fill up the Part-I of the prescribed application form.
For Imphal West, a notification issued by Th Kirankumar, Deputy Commissioner, Imphal West district has instructed the affected persons staying at the relief camps to obtain the said forms from the Relief Camp Nodal Officer.
Meanwhile persons staying elsewhere can procure the same from the DC Imphal West Office website (https://imphalwest.nic.in) .
The notification has further said that duly filled in forms should be submitted by September 17 to the office of the Relief Camp Nodal Officer of the concerned camp or District Control Room (Room No H 4), DC Office Complex, Lamphelpat or office of the Sub-Divisional Officer concerned or through email id: [email protected].
Similarly, for affected persons in Thoubal district, a notification issued by A Subhash Singh, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Thoubal, has instructed persons staying at the relief camps to obtain the said forms from the Relief Camp Nodal Officer, while persons staying elsewhere can procure the same from the DC Thoubal Office website (https://thoubal.nic.in) or from Room No 12 of Ground Floor, DC Thoubal Office.
The filled in forms should be submitted by September 18 to the office of the Relief Camp Nodal Officer of the concerned camp or office of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Thoubal or Room No 12 of Ground Floor, DC Thoubal Office, the notification has instructed.
