Art of Living to hold session on Mental Hygiene

Imphal, October 06 2023: The Art of Living Manipur will be organising a free session on mental health and hygiene on October 8, 2023 .

The interactive session titled, "Mental Hygiene: The Need of the Hour" will be held at the Art of Living Happiness Centre located at Keishamthong Bazar, Imphal from 2 pm.

The session, which is held as a curtain raiser to the World Mental Health Day, will not only apprise the participants of the mental health hazards but also impart basic techniques to reduce stress and anxiety.

Along with mental health experts of the organisation, Dr W Rebecca, Assistant Professor of Clinical Psychology, RIMS will share their views and prescriptions.

The session is open to all and will be conducted in Meiteilon.
