Sit-in protests attack on BJP workers

BJP Khangabok workers have claimed that armed workers of Janata Dal (United), who came in four Gypsy vehicles attacked the BJP camp at Khangabok Part-I School Angangbi Mamang (Polling Station No 35/11) around 10 pm on February 13.The attackers threatened the workers by pointing guns and also beat them up.
A sit-in protest was organised against the attack by Khangabok Part I (Polling No.35/11) BJP Mahila members at the locality on Monday.
Moirangthem Memcha Devi (61) of Khangabok Part 1 Khullakpam Leikai and his daughter in-law M Ningsitombi, who were present during the attack, denounced the violence and demanded the authority concerned to take legal action against the attackers.
