Stranded vehicles go back to Kohima

Imphal, August 06 2011:
Passenger buses and trucks which had been stranded at Senapati for the last six days because of the ongoing blockade have turned back and proceeded towards Kohima this morning, to reach Ukhrul through Jessami road.
Thirteen passenger buses and twelve light vehicles along with passengers left Senapati HQs and proceeded towards Kohima at around 5 am this morning.
Loaded trucks numbering to about 200 are still stranded at Senapat.
