Imphal, December 26 2013:
Three officials from the Surveyor General of India are set to arrive here on Saturday to study the Border Pillars status along the Indo-Myanmar border as per the agreement inked between the two countries in 1967 .
During their stay here, the officials will explain in detail the 1967 agreement to the all political party delegation and clear all doubts and make things clear, said a source while speaking to The Sangai Express today.
It is not yet clear whether the officials will visit the border area, but significantly they will be here following the allegations from Myanmar that the site of ICP at Moreh falls in their territory.
