Kiran Bedi flags off Aryans Super 50

Dr Kiran Bedi, the first woman IPS officer of India, today declared the 2nd year of 'Aryans Super 50' in Imphal for the students of North East for Chandigarh based Aryans Group of Colleges.
'Aryans Super 50' is a scholarship plan under which needy and deserving candidates would get scholarship in various courses at Aryans Group of Colleges.
During a scholarship mela held at GM Hall today, Dr Bedi also launched toll free helpline 1800-30000-388 through which students can get themselves registered and get information regarding scholarships.
Aryans Group of Colleges Chairman Dr Anshu Kataria presided the event.
Dr Bedi while addressing the gathering said that she was pleased to honour 'Aryans' students for developing 'Aryans Android App' and 'Life Saving Glove' in Chandigarh.
This shows that at Aryans, students are not only studying but are also encouraged to innovate.

Dr Anshu Kataria said that Aryans' association with Kiran Bedi has entered the 5th year.
The idea of 'Super 50' was inspired by Dr Kiran Bedi last year when she visited Guwahati and Imphal for Aryans events.
He added that around 35-40 North East students are studying at Aryans in various courses.
They are performing good not only in academics but also in other fields.
Aryans Group Coordinator Himanshu said that the scholarship would be doled out purely on merit cum means basis.
A part of the scholarship will be paid by Aryans, another part will be paid by a bank and the remaining part will be borne by the students.
The scholarships will be given in different courses like BTech, MBA, BBA, BCA, BA, BCom, BEd, Nursing, Polytechnic, +1 (Non Medical) etc.
The entire process of selection will continue till July 30 .
Established in 2007, Aryans campus is located on Chandigarh�Patiala highway, near Chandigarh and has lush green 20 acres pollution free campus.
Aryans Group has been serving the educational and intellectual interests of the youth in a commendable manner.
The group is running Management College, Engineering College, Education College, Nursing College and Junior Science College (+1 & +2 Non Medical) .
