Imphal, July 02 2021: Rotary Club of Imphal handed over COVID-19 relief materials consisting of hand sanitizers, facemasks, hand-wash, rice, potatoes and other edible items to Punya Home, Thangmeiband and Old Age Home at Mongsangei and at Old Age Home at Kongba today following all Covid appropriate behaviours.

A press release by the Club said that the members of the Club has been visiting various homes in the state since yesterday as a part of its observation of Rotary New Year 2021-22 and club's continued support in fight against Covid-19 pandemic in the state.

Devkumar Thoudam, president of Rotary Club of Imphal requested all inmates at homes to follow proper Coyid appropriate behaviours and appealed to all to get full dose of Covid vaccine to protect oneself from the pandemic.

Rotary Club of Imphal will continue to serve the community through its various service project in the days to come.
