Two frauds caught while drawing money

Imphal, August 17 2015:
Volunteers of Social Development Organisation (SDO), Singjamei Mayengbam Leikai on Monday caught two persons for allegedly drawing money from others' bank accounts by using around different 40 PINs at an ATM booth.
The two have been identified as Md Altaf (25) s/o Abdul Helim of Yairipok Singda Makha Leikai and Md Nazir Ahmed (45) s/o late Md Taher Ali of Urup Makha Leikai.
The members of the organisation said that Md Altaf and Md Nazir Ahmed were found in a suspicious manner inside an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) booth located at Singjamei Mayengbam Leikai at around 1 pm.
Then the volunteers overpowered them and recovered a dozen of PINs.
When interrogated, the two revealed that a member of Keirao Makting Jila Parishad, Md Kayamuddin of Urup Makha Leikai gave them nearly 40 PINs belonging to different people.
Md Altaf and Md Nazir Ahmed work as salesmen at The Temporary Market in Imphal.
Those bank passports and documents of the PINs are of Punjab National Bank.
The duo further revealed that they had withdrawn Rs 10,050 from different accounts using those PINs.
