Source: The Sangai Express
Imphal, August 17 2015:
Local clubs and meira paibee bodies of Ghari have decided not to engage any non-local in the construction of houses and to request the non-locals not to reside at the locality until ILPS is implemented in the State.
It was decided in a joint meeting held today morning.
Speaking to reporters, Ghari Youth Club secretary Ph Prama Mangangcha said that locals of Ghari would not be held responsible for any eventuality if anybody defies the said decision.
The prohibition would be lifted once JCILPS brings a solution with the Government regarding the ongoing issue of ILPS.
