Nagaland CM to grace XI ANSAM General Conference at Ukhrul

Ukhrul, March 29 2015:
Nagaland Chief Minister TR Zeliang has consented to grace the upcoming XI All Naga Students' Association Manipur (ANSAM) General Conference to be held from March 30 till April 2 April at TNL Ground at Ukhrul District Headquarters as Chief Guest.
According to ANSAM sources, Tangkhul Katamnao Saklong ( TKS) is hosting the grand event under the theme "Shared Future: Our Collective Responsibility" and is expected to be attended by hundreds of delegates from Chandel, Tamenglong, Senapati and from Nagaland as well.
Naga Students' Federation (NSF) President Tongpang Ozukum will also attend the three-day event as valedictory guest while UNC president Gaidon Kamei and Ukhrul DC Hrisheekesh Arvind Modak will be introductory guests.
During the conference, former UNC President L Adani will speak on the theme while presentations on topics like land, resources and development; inherent rights and political aspirations and educational rights of the Nagas would also be held.
Besides a cultural and entertainment items, the conference finale will feature Lost & Found from Senapati and Salt of Ukhrul, sources added.
