Delivery youth rounded up

Imphal, July 16 2011:
A youth who came to deliver mobile phone number to a Gram Panchayat Pradhan in connection with monetary demand served by KCP (Malemnganba) was rounded by local people and handed over to police.
A youth came to the Yurembam Makha Maning Leikai residence of Yurembam Gram Panchayat Pradhan Laishram (O) Chaobihal (45) at about 7.30
this morning.
As the youth asked for the Pradhan, her daughter Noni replied that Chaobihal was away.
After hearing the reply, the youth went away towards the gate while talking through his mobile phone.
He also disclosed that he was an activist of KCP (Malemnganba) and that he came there to give a mobile phone number.
Moments later, Chaobihal came back and she was informed about the youth's visit by her daughter.
Chaobihal then conveyed the information to the neighbouring people and they managed to nab the youth from a passenger auto-rickshaw.
The youth identified as Thingujam Subhash (23) of Chingamakha but staying at Nagamapal Kangjabi Leirak was handed over to Patsoi police station.
It is reported that Subhash came to Chaobihal's home about six months back and there was an incident of grenade attack.
