Kalpana hit 12 fours as she produced a masterful knock of 69-ball 107 at Kongba Dhobi Lampak after Usham Robeni (61-ball 64; 4 fours) and Changammayum Leithoi (553-ball 55; 8 fours) forged a 154-run partnership for the first wicket before the duo retired hurt.

Creety Moirangthem was also unbeaten on 42 to help THAU post 391 runs in 35 overs in an innings that saw Najiya Begum of Al-Ameen pick two wickets (2/55 in 7 overs) .

In reply, Al-Ameen had a horrible outing and were dismissed for just 39 runs as none of the batters could add a double digit score.

Kongjengbam Nonibala played a pivotal role in bowling out Al-Ameen cheaply as she swept the 5th, 7th, 8th , 9th and 10th wickets in her spell of 3.1 overs to return with the best bowling figures of 5/1 .

Naoroibam Sophiya (2/12 in 4 overs) also picked two wickets for THAU as Wangkhem Nganbi (1/9 in 4 overs), Yambem Milan Chanu (1/4 in 3 overs) and Ahongsangbam Thoithoibi (1/2 in 3 overs) shared three wickets among them.

Nonibala who shone with the ball was adjudged player of the match.

Elsewhere at THAU ground, PTRC, Part IV earned their fourth straight win after their first game loss by notching up a 9-wicket win against PTCC, Patsoi Part III.

The win helped PTRC follow league leaders THAU closely in second place.

Skipper Koijam Ranjita starred with both the bat and ball for PTRC today as she smacked an unbeaten 45-ball 57 (8 fours and 1 six) to fire PTCC to the winning 107 in 14.4 overs after picking two wickets to set up toss winners PTCC's collapse at 103 in 34.2 overs.

PTCC had a dismal start to their innings after electing to bat first and slumped to 103 all out in 34.2 overs as Palujam Kiranbala (3/12 in 7 overs) and Koijam Ranjita (2/15 in 7 overs) combined well to share a bulk of 5 wickets.

Laitonjam Benita (1/8) and Mangsatabam Chingkheileima (1/10) of PTRC also picked a wicket apiece before Ranjita (57 not out) and Thokchom Loidangton (3 not out ) steered the team to 107 within 14.4 overs after losing Chingkheileima (30 off 35 balls) to Hijam Sijapriyari (1/28).Ranjita was eventually adjudged player of the match.
