Anand wins silver at Transplant Games 2025

Imphal, March 24 2025: Pukhrambam Anand Singh has won the silver medal in 5000 metre walk event of the PGI Transplant Games 2025 for kidney transplant patients organised by ISTS Rotto North Organ India Organ Transplant at Sport Complex Sector 7, Chandigarh, on March 22 and 23 .

In a release, All Manipur Kidney Transplant Patients' Welfare Association media advisor Dr Phanjoubam Lanajit Singh informed that Anand, son of P Dijamani Singh and Sabitri Devi of Thamnapokpi Maning Leikai is a kidney transplant patient and member of the Association, presently serving in the Home Department.

The Association also congratulated Anand on his achievement.
