MP Sanajaoba inaugurates shrines

Thoubal, March 07 2025: Rajya Sabha MP Leishemba Sanajaoba inaugurated the newly constructed shrines of Nongpok Ningthou and Panthoibi at Wangkhem village in Thoubal on Friday.

The inauguration function of the two shrines, donated by social worker Kangabam Jadumani Singh and his wife Thiyam Joyshree Devi, was attended by MP Sanajaoba and Joyshree Devi as the chief guest and president respectively.

Speaking at the event, the Rajya Sabha MP expressed hope that the new shrines would herald new era of peace and prosperity in the state.

Meanwhile, a memorandum was submitted to MP Sanajaoba by the Lai Committee.
