Governor declares Mar 29-31 as working days

Imphal, March 27 2025: The Governor has declared March 29 (Saturday), 30 (Shajibu Nongma Panba (Cheiraoba) and 31 (Id-ul-Fitr) as working days.

As per an official order, the working days would be applicable for state government offices including autonomous bodies/institutions, corporations, societies, boards, etc., related with treasury operations, and also for public and private sector banks in the state.

The purpose of the order is to enable smooth closure of the financial year 2024-25, said the order.
