Imphal, February 07 2025: The Kanglei People Against Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances (Kanglei Panas) celebrated its 3rd Foundation Day at Manipur Press Club, Imphal today.

The event was graced by dignitaries, including Kanglei Panas president, Elangbam Ibempishak Leima; Manipur University, Assistant Professor, Dr Naorem Sanatomba Meitei; KHALEI SILLUP president, Soraisham Dilip Meitei; ULOM president, Yumlembam Anil Meitei; UMPC Manipur vice president, Md Islahuddin and FESOK-HQ president, Kangujam Amarjit.
