Imphal, February 12, 2011: Imphal West District Election Officer K Radhakumar Singh has notified that all the polling personnel appointed as presiding officer, first polling officer, second polling officer, third polling officer and fourth polling officer, including reserved, in connection with the ensuing by-election to Konthoujam AC who have not yet collected their appointment orders should report to SDO (RO) Patsoi on February 13 at 10 am at DC office complex, Lamphelpat for collection of their appointment orders without fail and for onward dispersal to their respective polling stations before 11 am.

They shall bring their bedding with them.

Failure to report in time will invite actions under the relevant provisions of the Act/Rules, mentioned the notice.
