Imphal, March 07 2025: Assam Rifles organised a workshop themed "Thrive Her by Conquering Stress and Building Success" at the Mantripukhri Garrison, witnessing active participation from women and children.

As part of its ongoing efforts to empower women in Manipur, Assam Rifles continues to provide essential support, guidance, and opportunities for skill development and entrepreneurship, fostering self-reliance, according to a PRO IGAR (S) release.

The workshop emphasised the significance of stress management, particularly for women navigating multiple responsibilities.

Key topics included identifying stress triggers and their impact, adopting effective coping mechanisms such as mindfulness, time management, and self-care, as well as strategies for setting boundaries and cultivating a strong support system, it added.
