Imphal, March 25 2025: The 143 Battalion, CRPF celebrated its 22nd Raising Day at its Lamphel headquarters on Monday with the participation of Rajendra Narayan Dash, IG Manipur & Nagaland Sector, senior CRPF officers, Imphal West SP Ksh Shivakanta Singh, 33 Assam Rifles commandant Col Radha Krishan, as well as retired personnel and families of fallen heroes.

The celebrations commenced with a solemn tribute to the martyrs who made the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty, followed by a vibrant cultural programme, sporting events, and a community fair, where personnel and their families actively participated, enriching the occasion with enthusiasm and camaraderie.

In his address, 143 Bn CRPF commandant highlighted the unit's distinguished journey, operational accomplishments, and contributions to internal security and community welfare.

He also extended his heartfelt gratitude to officers, personnel, and their families for their steadfast dedication and support.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks to all dignitaries, media representatives, and guests for making the occasion a success.
