Imphal, May 26 2010: Whether by road or by air, in any way NSCN (IM) general secretary Thuingaleng Muivah will not allow to enter the state works minister, K Ranjit said today reiterating the decision taken by the cabinet of the Secular Progressive Front (SPF) government with regard to Muivah's visit.

The SPF government is governing the state keeping in mind what the people of the state wanted, the minister said addressing at the political conference of the Thanga Block Youth Congress cum Environmental Awareness as chief guest.

Ninety-five percent of the people who were taking part in various forms of agitations supporting the rebel leader entry into the state are not willingly supporting him, the minister said hinting that they were taking part in the stir under pressure from certain sections.

The effort of some NGOs to allow Muivah entering the state will yield nothing fruitful result.

The peace talk between NSCN (IM) and India government is totally failed.

People now think that Muivah is dreaming a dream which never comes to true.

He is now hibernated near the Mao gate, Ranjit said.

Born in Manipur, Muivah is talking in favour of Nagaland.

He has no place in the state, he added.

Giving his personal opinion on the killing of two youths at Mao gate incident on May 6 last, Ranjit said the responsibility of the violence incident should be fixed to Muivah.

He is bound to get the punishment.

People taking part in the protest were innocents.

They were forced to participate in the protest by certain NGOs.

Clarifying on the charges leveled to the government for not taking interest on the NH-53, Ranjit said earlier government had handed over the improvement works of the highway to BRO.

But, government failed to maintained good relation with the BRO for speedy development of the work.

The improvement works of the highway has been delayed considering the realignment to be done and places of seven bridges are to be change as they would be submerged with the construction of Tipaimukh Dam.

Government can by force in using the highway considering the unruly attitudes of those behind the blocking of the road.

But, government, considering and not wanting repetition of violence incident like that of Mao gate, restraining from doing so, he added.

Vice president of MPCC and chief whip of SPF government T Mangibabu, president of the state youth congress, MLA M Prithivraj, ex-MLA L Radhakishore and former president of the MPYCC, Tilotama also attended the meeting apart from workers of the block congress.
