CRPF renovates YW Club building

Imphal, March 16 2024: 69th CRPF Battalion on Saturday organised an inauguration programme for YW Club building, which was repaired and renovated by the battalion under CAP and handed over to Malom Tuliyaima Lai Pakhangba Seva Committee at Malom Bazar.

The club building can now be used as a platform for fostering a strong sense of community spirit among the people where they can interact, share experiences and organise various social activities like cultural events, fitness classes and people awareness programme, a press release from the 69th CRPF Battalion said.

69 Bn CRPF commandant Bajrang Lal attended the event as chief guest in the presence of officers, jawans of 69 Bn CRPF and prominent persons of the area including chairman, secretary and members of Malom Tuliyaima Lai Pakhangba Seva Committee.

During his speech, the chief guest said that the purpose of organising such an event was to provide a helping hand and improve police-public relations.

The CRPF serves the nation as well as the people of the society by improving their living conditions, livelihoods, and public relations.

The force will continue its efforts to assist the people of Manipur in the future, he assured.
