Imphal, July 18 2024: The College of Food Technology (COFT), Central Agricultural University (CAU), Imphal in collaboration with the Department of Horticulture & Soil Conservation, Government of Manipur is organising a Two Days Workshop cum Exhibition of Innovations in Food Processing on the occasion of National Technology Day 2024 with the theme "From Schools to Startups: Igniting Young Minds to Innovate" on July 20-21, 2024 at the Pilot Plant of the COFT, Lamphelpat, DC Road.

In a release, COFT informed that an exhibition of fresh and processed food is being arranged where the local entrepreneurs, FPOs/FPCs, colleges/universities will showcase their products.

A Food Mela having more than 35 stalls will be opened to the public during these two days for sale and purchase from 2:00 pm onwards.
