Annual Fresher Meet 2025 held

Imphal, March 07 2025: The Regional Institute of Medical Sciences (RIMS), Imphal, successfully organised the Annual Fresher Meet 2025 for the 2024 batch at Jubilee Hall, RIMS, Imphal, extending a warm and enthusiastic welcome to the new students.

According to a release issued by RIMS, the event fostered camaraderie and introduced them to the institute's rich academic and cultural environment.

The program was graced by Prof G Sunil Kumar Sharma, Director, RIMS, Imphal; Dean (Academics), Medical Superintendent, RIMS Hospital, Principal of College of Nursing & Dental College and staff advisor of RIMSSU, Imphal.

The program saw active participation from HODs, staff and students of RIMS, Imphal.

Speaking on the occasion, Prof G Sunil Kumar Sharma extended his warm greetings to the fresher's, emphasizing importance of dedication, discipline, and perseverance in their medical journey.

He encouraged students to uphold the institute's values of excellence in education and patient care while making the most of the opportunities at RIMS.

The Annual Fresher Meet 2025 not only provided a warm welcome to the new students but also reinforced the spirit of unity and academic excellence that RIMS, Imphal, upholds.
