State Commissioner for PwDs, the Deputy Director and officials responded positively to the invitation and attended the event as dignitaries.
Speaking on the occasion, State Commissioner for PwDs Waikhom Birahari said that the State stands in support of deaf and mute persons as well as Persons with Disabilities (PwDs).
