National Aquatic champiomships concludes Hiren wins another silver on final day

State swimmer Hiren Sagolsem clinched his second silver medal on the final day of the 32nd Sub Junior and 42nd Junior Glenmark National Aquatic Championship, 2015 which began from July 13 at Baliwadi Sports Complex Swimming Pool, Pune.
In the Group-3 boys' 100 metre free style today, young swimmer Hiren Sagolsem took 1:01:38 seconds to finish the line bagging a silver medal.
It may be mentiond that, Manipur opened its first medal account after Hiren Sagolsem clinched a silver medal in the Group-3 boys' 50 metre free style.
Another silver medal was added to the tally after Marina Chongtham bagged a silver medal in the 50 metre breast-stroke Girls' Group-4 .
With today's win, Manipur's medal tally in the championship ended with 3 silver.

Karnataka clinched the overall team champion in the Boys' Group-3 and Group-4 with a score of 81 and 56 .
Karnataka with a score of 100 points claimed the girl's Group-3 title while Maharashtra (89 points) bagged Group-4's title.
Tanmay Das and Sawan Ganguly of Kerala clinched the best swimmer titles of the boys' Group-3 and Group-4 respectively.
Kenisha Gupta and Sanjita Shah of Maharashtra were named the best swimmer titles of girls' Group-3 and Group-4 respecticely.
In the boy's diving event, SSB claimed all Group-1, 2 and 3 titles with a score of 35, 36 and 36 respectively.
Maharashtra with a score of 26, 18 and 27 claimed the girls' Group-1, 2 and 3 titles.
Karnataka emerged the overall team champion of sub-junior events, scoring 320 points.
In the junior category, Supritya Mondal of Bengal and Aryan Makhiza of Maharashtra clinched the best swimmer titles of Group-1 and Group-2 .
In the girls' group, Shivani Kataria (Haryana) and Maana Patel (Gujarat) claimed the Group-1 and Group-2 best swimmer titles respectively.
In the water polo event, Maharashtra won the boys' title while Kerala and Bengal stood at second and third place respectively.
In the girls' group, Kerala emerged as champion while Karanataka and Maharashtra bagged the runners' up titles.
