DMCTE celebrates foundation day

Imphal, September 16 2022: DM College of Teacher Education (DMCTE) celebrated its 50th Foundation Day on Thursday at the jubilee nail of the college with MU dean of education professor T Inaobi as chief guest.

DMCTE principal K Lokendro Singh and Hind Teachers Training College principal professor N Sanjay Singh were president and guest of honour respectively of the event organised by Golden Jubilee Celebration Organising Committee.

Speaking at the event, professor T Inaobi highlighted that DMCTE has produced many prominent teachers in the past 50 years and opined that contributions of teachers produced by the college from 1972 to 2022 shaped the present education system in the state.

He said that a teacher plays big role in making a student successful in life and as such teachers should motivate students to excel in their career.
