KT Rahaman appeals to solve the ongoing impasse at MU

The ongoing impasse at Manipuri University over the Reservation raw has drawn attention to several concern citizens of the state as well as civil society leaders.
Advisor of the All Manipur United Club Organisation (AMUCO), KT Rahman, today taking the current imbroglio as a serious matter, called on the Government of Manipur as well as the Manipur University, not leaving aside all those stakeholders to resolve the issue at the earliest possible time.
�Speaking on the 8th Foundation Day of the Pangal Students' Organisation held at Manipur Press Club today KT Rahman said that the extreme form of protest by tribal students' body MUTSU is a serious matter.
Students leaving their hostel demanding revocation of the Academic Council Resolution of Oct 8 meeting is a serious issue.
All concern authorities should works for bringing an amicable solution, Rahman said.
The AMUCO advisor said this as the ongoing impasse may sabotage the career of the students.
He further added that Manipur is a home of more than 38 communities however after merged to India union every communities has started demanding their separate right and identity.
President of PSO Md Ajijur Rahaman, president of MSF O Nandababu Singh, Ex President PSO MA Wakil Alsari and Social worker Syed Anwar Hussain graced the function as presidium members.
