The two deceased persons have been named as Keisham Prabin Singha (driver) and Namram Nipen Singha (helper/handyman) .
In the memorandum to the Mizoram Chief Minister, WMC stated, 'We know your police have created some appalling stories to hide their extremely dubious roles in the heinous crime.
North East is such a beautiful conglomerate of different people living together but this extremely condemnable conduct of your police force has greatly disturbed the minds of our people had have affected the harmony that exists in the region" .
The WMC urged the Mizoram Chief Minister to intervene and bring to justice all the culprits at the earliest in the larger interests of the people living in the North East.
