A 13 year old boy has gone missing in what appears to be case of recruitment into a UG group.
Mutum Nongpoknganba alias Naoba (13) of Bashikhong Kitnapanung, Imphal East district under Irilbung police station went out for a morning walk on July 4 at about 5.30 am.
Since then, the boy could not be traced.

Even if he went out, he came back promptly.
But when he did not return on July 4, local club MEIRAA was informed and a report was filed at Irilbung police station.
Apart from suffering a boil on the buttock, Nongpoknganba had breathing difficulty when playing outdoor games, Ibemcha said.
Nongpoknganba is reading in class VII at Standard Robarth Higher Secondary School, Canchipur.
He is the second of three siblings born to his parents and his whereabouts remain unknown till date.
The worried parents appealed to all concerned to hand over Naoba to them if any comes across the body or if somebody is hiding the boy.
