Dimapur, March 30 2014:
Just only ten days are away for the people of Nagaland to go to the polls, the election tempo is still very low.
Nagaland is witnessing a triangular fight involving the Congress party, the Naga People's Front (NPF) and the Socialist Party of India.
Otherwise, by this time poll fever used to grip the state with hectic local meetings everywhere.
Less number of posters and poll banners are also witnessed in both the cities of Nagaland--Dimapur and Kohima.
However, the Congress party and the NPF are busy engaging in media war accusing each other of being corrupt party.
Both the NPF and the Congress are also fervently competing against each other as the party genuinely fighting for the Naga political cause.
Meanwhile, except for Rahul Gandhi, no big poll stars are coming to Nagaland for canvassing as of now.
Sources said till date there is no programme of big Congress party stalwarts coming to Nagaland.
NPF chief minister Neiphiu, who himself is the candidate is the star campaigner for both Manipur and Nagaland.
