NCTE & HRD rules violated

All Manipur Primary Teachers Association (AMPTA) has questioned the rational for the State Governments' 'Two years Diploma in Elementary Education' while the rule of NCTE 2011 Gazette Notification no.158 and the Union Ministry's of HRD rule states the compulsion of attending 6 months Special Programme in Elementary Education by B Ed and D Ed certified teachers and the running As per a press release issued by AMPTA Information & Publicity Secretary, K Gunachandra, the Association has forwarded its queries about the 6 months Special Programme in Elementary Education by B Ed and D Ed certified teachers.
It says that AMPTA appeals to know the basis on which 47 teachers sent for 6 months Special Programme in Elementary Education by Director Education (S) N Praveen Singh out of the total count of teachers which is more than 500 and also the Government's agenda to deliver the rights of these teachers.
AMPTA ask if the Education Minister will take up action against the bureaucrats who have wrongly guided in the procedure and the reason for keeping mum on the violation of the NCTE and Union Ministry's of HRD rules and regulation by the Directorate of Education (S) .
