Entry tickets sold in the grey market !

With this year's edition of the Manipur Sangai coming to an end tomorrow, Hapta Kangjeibung, the main venue of the festival and surrounding areas were virtually transformed into a sea of humanity today.
Corresponding to the ever multiplying number of visitors, entry tickets were sold at higher prices and also in grey markets.
On hearing that entry tickets of Rs 20 were being sold at Rs 30 at a ticket counter located to the western side of Thumbuthong bridge this afternoon, this reporter rushed to the particular ticket counter but all the tickets were found sold out.
Nonetheless, a bunch of tickets were seen inside the dickey of the Honda Activa scooter belonging to the ticket-seller.
Some police personnel were also seen at the ticket counter.
Many people left the ticket counter dejected in search of other ticket counters as they were told that all tickets have been sold out.
One individual who came out of the ticket counter said that he managed to buy a ticket at Rs 30.It is reported that another ticket counter opened at Sega Road, Konjeng Hazari Leikai had been closed since yesterday.
Notably, Globizz Web Solutions Pvt Ltd, New Checkon handled all the works of selling entry tickets for this year's edition of Manipur Sangai Festival.
Apart from 10 ticket counters opened at different places, entry tickets were also sold online on www.ticket.globizz.com.
Tickets are priced at Rs 10 for children between 5 and 12 years while entry tickets for visitors above 12 are priced at Rs 20 each.
It was reported that entry tickets were available in grey markets near the festival venue at inflated prices.
