Moreh, September 21 2020:
Even with the Indo-Myanmar border sealed as a preventative measure of the COVID-19 pandemic, people from the neighbouring country continue to enter Moreh for work.
Similar instances were also reported earlier, and the foreign Nationals who entered the State discreetly were repatriated by the security personnel.

Over the issue, Moreh residents expressed a desire for the State Government to initiate some measures.
It may be mentioned that the district administration of Tamu, Myanmar had put a restriction on movements at Indo-Myanmar Friendship Iron Bridge gate no 1 and 2 till September 30 .
