Imphal, December 28 2015:
Students' Union of Kangleipak (SUK) has appealed to the Board of Secondary Education Manipur (BOSEM) to withdraw the subject correction fee of Rs 1000 (Additional English) and to let the students change the subject if they are willing to take up Additional English just by sending application for the same, according to a press release issued by the publicity secretary of SUK H/O .
SUK said that the flip-flop attitude of BOSEM with regard to Additional English is causing a great deal of hardship to the students appearing for HSLC examination 2016 .
SUK also highlighted that the students have to pay a heavy price due to the error-prone Board/Council officials with regard to admit card, marksheet statement etc, even though the students enter the details correctly during form fill-up and in the process, end up paying fines for rectifying the mistakes committed by the officials.
