Local organisations have been helping his family over the years.
The 15 teenagers from India had been attending various programmes since September 20 held at UN HQ and Iona College New Rochelle, New York.
On Friday, Lamjingkhomba and the 14 teenagers attended a Youth Exchange programme at the Conference Hall, Boro Hotel, 17th Street Long Island City.
On September 24, another team including Lamjingkhomba also attended UNICEF Social Media Hub Visitor's Plaza at the UN HQ.
