IDO disburses loan to eligible entrepreneurs under 'Startup Redemption'

To lessen the burden of unemployment in the State, Integrated Development Organization (IDO), Lilong Ipham has started disbursing loan to eligible entrepreneurs at zero interestunder' Startup Redemption' today.
The simple function held at IDO, office to disburse loan under 'Startup Redemption' was attended by Director, Minority Affairs, GoM, Ng Uttam Singh as chief guest; President, IDO, Alhaj Roushan Khan as functional president while retd MCS Md Abdus Salam attended the funcion as guest of honour.
Speaking at the occasion, chief guest Ng Uttam Singh appreciated the honourable initiative of IDO to provide loan to enterpreneurs without charging any interest and added that everybody should support the endeavor of IDO which are disbursing loan to hard working individuals after verifying the details of the loanee.
Abdus Salam said that IDO is taking up various developmental activities to bring a better society and sanctioning loan to eligible go-getter is one of them and added that full cooperation and support from the public is required to make the effort successful.
Coordinator, IDO Md Lehajuddin Asish while delivering the underlying meaning of the initiative, said that the disbursal of loan to educated but penniless persons is one such step to prevent them from indulging in illegal or wrongful activities.
He continued that 10 worthy individuals were granted loan of Rs 50,000 each through 'Startup Redemption' after full screening.
As part of the function, modest gifts were presented to topper Rubina Shahani, who has secured top position in the recently held MSc Nursing entrance test conducted by Manipur Medical Directorate, and body builder Fajrul Haque.
