The responsibility of grooming students should not be left at the hands of teachers alone.
Parents too should share the responsibility and they should act as benevolent guides.
To become capable future pillars of the nation, students should study hard and gather maximum knowledge during their learning period, Gaikhangam exhorted.
Social Welfare Minister AK Mirabai underscored the value of time.
She asserted that understanding the value of time would go a long way in establishing a progressive society.
Later cash rewards and certificates were distributed to outstanding sports persons, brilliant students and youngsters who excel in the field of art and culture.
