Will work earnestly for development of Patsoi AC, says W Dineshchandra

Health camps will be conducted at various places in Patsoi Assembly Constituency in view of the inconveniences faced by the residents to go to hospitals due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
The above statement was made by Wahengbam Dineshchandra, proprietor of M/S Joymati Pharmaceuticals at Guwahati while speaking to media persons during a press meet held at his residence at Patsoi Part II today.
W Dineshchandra who is also a member of BJP announced that he will contest in the upcoming State Assembly Election from Patsoi AC and expressed strong belief that he will contest the election as a BJP candidate.
He maintained that he took the decision to contest in the upcoming election to work earnestly for the development of Patsoi AC which is an underdeveloped AC though not so far away from the heart of Imphal City.
Stating that more than 80 percent of the population of Patsoi AC are into agriculture and allied activities, he expressed concern that there are no proper canals leading to shortage of water posing hindrances in the activities of the farmers.
And the condition of roads and bridges in the AC is in a bad condition and are not at par with the current standard, he added.
Enumerating the various activities initiated by him amid the difficult situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, he said that he has been trying his best to help in reducing the burden of the people who have been worst hit by the dreaded pandemic by distributing essential items, medicines, edible items and other Covid relief materials to the people of the AC with the support from the local clubs.
He further stated that he will take up measures to conduct health camps at various places in Patsoi AC to cater to the needs of the locals especially for timely treatment for those patients with prolonged ailments.
W Dineshchandra also stated that plans are underway to solve the unemployment problems among the youths of Patsoi AC.
Lastly he appealed all to strictly follow Covid SOPs and guidelines issued by the competent authorities to stay protected from COVID-19 .
